What to wear and bring:
Dress appropriately for the weather as our walks go ahead in rain or shine. It's recommended to carry a waterproof jacket at all times.
Check the forecast and bring sun cream, a hat, etc. for warm days, or waterproofs for wet days.
Since we'll be walking through woodland with nettles and a potential for tick bites, consider wearing trousers or leggings. Avoid denim or cotton.
Opt for walking shoes or boots; open-toe shoes won't be suitable.
As there might not be opportunities to purchase food or drinks along the route, bring at least 1.5 liters of water, lunch, and snacks.
Keep in mind that there won't be public toilets available on the route.
Kindly complete the provided forms before attending; participation won't be allowed without these forms being filled out. Link: https://form.jotformeu.com/93171708781362
