What we’re about
The goal of our group is to make new friends and explore the capital region through an assortment of events. If you’re in your mid 20's-early 40's, looking to meet new people, have adventures, and you’re up for anything then this group is for you!
Check out our Group Guidelines and Tips document for more details about what you can expect from this group, but here’s a rundown of how it works:
Take a look through our events and if one looks interesting to you, please join by RSVPing “yes.” Please keep in mind that some events have attendance caps, so only a limited number of people may attend, whereas other events do not. If you RSVP “yes” to a full event, you will be put on the waitlist, but keep in mind this does not guarantee you a spot. If you find that you can no longer come to an event that you RSVP’d “yes” to, please update your RSVP at least one day in advance out of respect to the organizers and the people on the waitlist.
Our organizers spend a lot of time planning the events we offer. If you have three no-shows (you’ve RSVP’d as going, but do not show up), you may be removed from the group. If an event has a waitlist and you no-show then you risk being removed immediately.
Please be respectful and considerate of everyone’s time, as these are group events.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that this is not a dating site. We welcome anyone who is looking to make new friends but if you are inappropriate towards other people in the group, you will be removed.
