COMMEMORATION: 70th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF THE AETHERIUS SOCIETY

Although The Aetherius Society started in 1955, shortly after ‘The Command’, which had taken place in May 1954, we celebrate its Formal Start on August 2nd, 1956, since this is the date of the first recorded meeting in London dealing with the running of the Society. In this meeting, among other things, the Society’s name and its original ‘Aims and Objects’ were established. It is also interesting to note that during this meeting it was resolved that our Master should formally be described as the Chairman of The Aetherius Society.
