Skip the drinks for now, and come shake it off on the mat first!

This all-levels after-work yoga session focuses on releasing tension, wake up the body and shift out of work mode - the perfect way to step into the weekend.

This session is free/pay-what-you-can.
As a new teacher, contributions are entirely voluntary and feedback is very welcome :)

No yoga mat needed, just wear comfortable clothes.
