This after-work yoga session focuses on releasing tension, wake up the body and shift out of work mode - the perfect way to step into the weekend.

This session is donation-based (starting at 10 CHF).
As a new teacher, the amount of the contribution is voluntary, and feedback is very welcome :)

Led in English, all levels welcome.
No yoga mat needed, just wear comfortable clothes.
