Walking is the best choice when it comes to get fresh natural boost of happiness hormones and release stress. Combined with social quality interactions it creates ultimate source of energy and positive mood.
IMPORTANT / COVID-19: All activities (hiking and talking) will be outdoors with 6 feet distance between people with masks REQUIRED.
Weekly Social City Hiking is created to exchange knowledge and ideas on:
- healthy fine dining, supplements and nutrition
- preventive medicine,
- sport & fitness,
- social life,
- experiences & travel.
This Week I will Share my Special (Secret) knowledge on how I manage to read 5 new books per week, while getting better results at work and improving my health and fitness every week.
In 2 hours you will spend time with likeminded people, taking about health, fitness, wealth, tech and experiences.
Explore interesting places in SF and connect with communities from other cities & countries.
We will be walking about 8 miles with 4 miles an hour pace. Take running shoes and clothes.
The approximate route - SF Port, Embarcadero to Fort Mason Park and back.
Will be meeting at the entrance of 345 Spears Str. 9:50am - 10:00am
Group will leave at 10:00AM! be on time!
