We are interested in all forms and flavors of Agile. These include (but not limited to): Scrum, XP, Agile Project Management, Lean Software Development, Extreme Project Management, Radical Project Management, Extreme Programming, Lean, Agile in non-SW projects, Crystal, etc, etc.
You’ve read about the benefits of Behavior Driven Development. (BDD). You’ve seen the videos. You’ve heard the podcasts.
Now experience BDD with a long-time practitioner, trainer, and author. Ken Pugh reviews the steps in creating scenarios and you collaborate with fellow attendees in implementing them. The stories with which you will be working involve features for common products. If there are multiple attendees who work together, you can use one of your own stories for the breakouts. You’ll encounter discovery and formulation of scenarios that deal with flow and ones that revolve around business rules. The experience will solidify how BDD creates a shared understanding of the requirements.
