Join us for this one-day agile immersion led by local eXtreme Programming expert, Andrew Fuqua. This hands-on workshop guides you through an agile project, from inception through the first couple iterations.

You'll gain firsthand experience with these agile topics:
  • Release planning, iteration planning and relative estimation.
  • How to create, implement and formally verify user stories.
  • Tracking velocity and retrospecting on progress.
  • How to overcome the typical challenges that arise with an agile adoption.

Andrew Fuqua is an independent agile/lean coach and trainer. Andrew has been developing software since the mid '80s and began using an iterative/incremental (agile) approach in 1996 and eXtreme Programming in 1999. He has held positions in management, product management and development at companies like Internet Security Systems, Allure Global, and IBM. Andrew earned a BS and MS in computer science and has an MBA from Duke University.
