Building a business in the AI world is a strange kind of challenge.

Some principles of business and marketing are eternal.

• Understand your customer.
• Deliver real value.
• Build trust before you ask for anything.
• Solve a painful problem better than anyone else. These rules were true a hundred years ago, and they'll be true a hundred years from now.

But some principles aren't eternal at all.

• The channels change.
• The tools change.
• The pace changes.
• What worked six months ago in AI can already feel outdated today.
• The businesses that assume nothing has changed are the ones that get left behind.

So we're left holding two truths at once: hold on to what doesn't change, and stay alert to what does.

That's uncomfortable.

It's also exactly where the opportunity is.

Every big shift creates both risk and upside, usually in the same moment. The people who try to avoid the risk entirely often miss the upside too. The ones who learn to read the wave, adjust their balance, and move with it instead of against it: they're the ones who end up growing beyond what seemed possible before.

I want to spend time exploring this here, openly.
