Dieses Meetup soll zeigen, dass agile digitale Transformation nicht nur auf Teamebene, sondern auch in ganzen Bereichen oder im Gesamtunternehmen erfolgreich funktionieren kann. Zielgruppe sind Fach- und Führungskräfte, die agile Praktiken auf die gesamte Organisation skalieren möchten und am praktischen Austausch interessiert sind.
Ziel ist die Gewinnung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses für die Trends und Herausforderungen der digitalen Transformation, eine Vorstellung passender Frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS etc.), Methoden und Tools (Design Thinking, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps, ...) sowie der Austausch zu Best Practices.

This Meetup aims to show that agile digital transformation can work successfully not only at team level, but also in whole divisions or in the entire company. Target group are specialists and executives who want to scale agile practices throughout the organization and who are interested in practical exchange.
The aim is to gain a common understanding of the trends and challenges of digital transformation, a presentation of suitable frameworks (SAFE, Nexus, LeSS etc.), methods and tools (Design Thinking, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps, ...) as well as the exchange on best practices.
