Scrum Alliance endorsed user group. The first community in Greece aimed to elevate the Agile Coaching profession by focusing on Coaching and Leadership skills.
We are a group of professional Agile Coaches driven by our strong desire to support people and organizations in a thought-provoking journey toward awareness and fulfillment under the Agile mindset. In our endeavor to spread agile culture, we want this group to share, explore, and practice coaching skills and competencies.
Our purpose is to raise awareness of the coaching stance and craft the coaching skills of Agile Coaches and other Leaders within a modern organization by embracing the ICF Core Values & Principles.
Our vision is to build a strong community of Agile practitioners who are willing to be open, share their experiences, and become better coaches and leaders in their working context.

When was the last time a problem, instead of stressing you out, led you to think, be inspired, and collaborate?Problem-solving is an integral part of our everyday lives.
The strategic and focused process of solving a problem can often be the moment when a decision, an idea, or even a new problem to solve is born. Itβs a process through which we can envision our next moment in the future.
And when this happens through creation or even play, the possibilities and opportunities increase!
So, letβs come together to discover what lies behind creative problem-solving:- How can we explore the possibilities and implications of this process?
- How can we integrate this creative mindset into our daily lives?
- And most importantly, how can we do this through interaction and exchange with the people around us?
- Could a familiar childhood game help us answer these questions?
