🎙️ Event Description:
Welcome to our coaching practice events! Using the coaching stance as the main axis, we practice the basic coaching skills and concepts that we present on our different sessions (powerful questions, active listening, coaching models, coaching vs mentoring, etc). Also, we discuss further topics that may emerge but are always useful for an Agile Coach's or Leader's toolbox.

📝 Indicative Agenda:

1. Opening/Warm-Up (10’)
2. Present a coaching topic (optional per event 20'-30')
3. Practice Coaching in triads (45'-60’)
4. Closing (10’)
