In-person Meetup : Seven Drivers of Team Effectiveness in your Team Agreements

We all want our teams to be as effective and high-performing as possible, right? But sometimes it feels like we’ve run out of ideas to find better ways of working. In this workshop, we’ll talk about the seven research-backed drivers of team effectiveness, and how we can use them in team agreements.

Then we’ll work in small groups to ensure our team agreements are designed to address all seven drivers. Come with a sample team agreements agenda or document, and a learning mindset!

Presenter Susan McIntosh:
Susan is an agile coach and consultant. She’s been working in the IT industry for over 20 years, first as a developer, then as an agile coach and manager, leading teams and helping organizations build collaborative, high-performing cultures. She also has a background in education and linguistics, and knows how important it is to communicate well, not just with the words we use, but the attitudes and emotions we convey. She finds connections to the agile community in coffee, cooking, and (currently) house renovations.
