#### Agile Yorkshire on Tour – Sheffield Meetup

Agile Yorkshire is on the road again, and we are delighted to be returning to Sheffield Hallam University in partnership with BCS South Yorkshire. Join us for an evening of learning, collaboration, and community building with agile practitioners from across the region.
This special event will feature two inspiring talks:

🎤 Fred Pernet
Execution Eats Strategy For Breakfast … unless You Measure It
Fred will explore why so many strategies fail, not because they are wrong but because they are not executed well. He will introduce the SEM360 maturity benchmarking tool, showing how leaders and teams can better connect strategy with delivery for lasting results.

🎤 Tom Hoyland
What Happens in There…
Tom will share practical tools and methods, including facilitation techniques and clean language, to help teams reduce friction and create the conditions for focus, creativity, and innovation. His interactive talk will shine a light on the human side of agile ways of working.
Alongside the talks, there will be plenty of opportunity to meet and connect with other professionals, exchange ideas, and strengthen the agile community across Yorkshire.
