Details

Get the results of our liberating interviews on leadership, collaboration, and how to convince management and executives.

We have been busy during the last months delivering our usual education and coaching to help people create better results and more engaging workplaces.

We have also been working on our book “Liberating Organizations”, the first draft of the book is ready and being proofread.

We were recommended to make a series of interviews with people with all sorts of different backgrounds and experiences. That we have done, it has been most exciting to collect all these inputs, and it has changed the content of our book a great deal.
We have conducted 50+ interviews and would like to present our findings and conclusions on a couple of events:

At both events, this will be the agenda:

  • The outline of “Liberating Organizations”
  • Collecting evidence for the cold case of freedom
  • Where are we really? How did we get here?
  • Where would we like to have been? And where absolutely not?
  • What plausible objectives make sense to set ourselves?
  • What practical strategies can we come up with that will contribute to the objectives?
  • Our Interview Process
  • Using LinkedIn, and the power of asking for a contribution
  • Our Interview Questions
  • How do you perceive the state of leadership and collaboration in organizations now?
  • What do you consider the most important challenge for organizations today?
  • What concrete objectives would you strive for? What is the most important positive objective?
  • What would you most want to stop, prevent, or dampen?
  • Do you have advice on how it could be achieved? (i.e. practical strategies)
  • Interview results
  • Huge differences in perspectives based on age, position, culture, size of the organization, and much more.
  • A summary of the findings – to be revealed 😀
  • TODAY’S SPECIAL: Convincing leadership to nurture freedom
  • The classic concerns of leadership and “What’s in it for me?”
  • A new proposed opening gambit
  • Deep Q&A

Come and join us for some interesting and challenging conversations.

Bonus activity after the event in Oslo, there will be a short session in support of Ukraine, where we present Ukrainian music and offer some high-end loudspeakers for sale, all proceeds will go to Ukraine, and there will be a small competition on music.
