The goal of this meetup is to provide a positive and supportive learning environment for Agile and Lean practitioners with all levels of experience. Whether you are simply curious and would like to learn about Agile, Scrum and Lean methods or would like to share your experiences and challenges in a safe, constructive environment, you are welcome to join us!
We are a group of Agile and Lean practitioners that have gotten our hands "dirty" by being Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Scrum Team Members, Agile & Lean Coaches etc. We've practiced Scrum in Startup environments with few teams and transformed large enterprises by rolling out Agile to hundreds of scrum teams. Our domain of expertise also lies in practicing Lean - both in Hardware Manufacturing and Software Product Development environments.
