Lean Coffee Montréal

Agile Montréal is partnering with Tonianne DeMaria, co-author of Personal Kanban, and Dimitri Ponomareff, CEO of Kanban Zone, to launch a new gathering: Lean Coffee Montréal.
Lean Coffee is an in-person meetup with no predefined agenda, where participants propose topics, vote to prioritize them, and explore them in short discussion blocks. This participatory format, co-created by Jim Benson at Modus Institute, is known for fostering concrete exchanges around agility, Kanban, and team challenges in a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.
Based in Montréal, Tonianne aims to offer the community a regular space for conversation, learning, and reflection. Meetings will take place on the last Wednesday of each month, with the location shared with registered participants.
