On April 6, 2023 Damon Poole will discuss Agile, The Life-Size Board Game!

In this game, the entire audience will be the playing pieces, navigating a whole-room maze to discover new markets and new products. Will you be able to generate enough money to stay in business? You’ll start as a “traditional” organization and have the opportunity to transform into a thriving Agile organization by applying concepts such as self-organization, cross-functional teams, MVPs, breaking work down by value, and more. Come to play and learn in a way that is only possible in-person! Then, bring the game back for your own in-person company event.

The April 6 meeting will be in-person as well as online. Participants must register at www.agilenewengland.org and select either in-person or online participation.
