Kanban - beyond the board

We have 2 speakers over the evening, the first is Igor Stimoli from bjss and the other is David Lilley from Birmingham City Council.

Whilst we find many delivery managers tend to prefer working with Scrum, Igor will be talking about what really goes into Kanban, how it’s not “scrum without the ceremonies” at all and often can involve more effort to implement. This talk also shows the advantages of using Kanban for certain types of projects. It will create a great discussion around Kanban for future projects.

Igor is a delivery manager at one of our bjss chapters, trained PSM 2 level and SPS scaled professional scrum and recently certified in “PSK - Professional Scrum with Kanban”.

David will be doing a talk on the art of ‘making it easy’. An interactive talk that will give you some great insights and tips to up your facilitation game!
