We are agile42, the Agile Coaching Company. We help organizations learn how to challenge their status quo and deliver value to their clients, by establishing a culture of continuous improvement.
This group aims to support individuals who want to increase their understanding of Agile as well as other relevant methods and practices.
We regularly host free webinars in collaboration with our international agile42 coaches, along with special guest appearances. We will also share specific training and conference events we feel would benefit our community.

Our ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) course focuses on mastering the facilitation skills needed to engender environments of high collaboration, spirited engagement, and where self-organisation thrives.
Who should attend:
Anyone who is an agile team leader or an aspiring team leader with a passion for servant leadership and a keenness to learn and practice the skills of facilitation in the context of team facilitation and coaching. The ICP-ATF training is one of two certified courses on the Agile Coaching track from ICAgile. The other is the ICAgile Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC). Our Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) training class has been crafted to enable Certified Scrum Masters to further expand on their existing knowledge and experience. You’ll need a minimum of one year of experience as a Certified Scrum Master in order to register for this course.
