Our ICAgile Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC) training class focuses predominately on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach.
Who should attend:
Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and those within Management/Leadership positions who are seeking to strengthen their knowledge and skills of agile coaching practices and principles. The ICP-ACC training is one of two certified courses on the Agile Coaching track from ICAgile. The other is the ICAgile Team Facilitation Certification (ICP-ATF). The courses can be done independently of one another, but for a well-rounded coaching certification, we recommend doing both.
