Topic: Implementing SAFe using Azure Boards

In this session, we will look into how you can use Azure Boards (formely known as VSTS Boards) to enable and support the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). We will establish some implementation best practices, examine the strong and week points of the tool, how it can be enhanced with third party extensions, and create a tentative framework to evaluate and compare it with other tools for the same purpose.

Currently focused on Enterprise DevOps Improvement, with focus on Agile transformations using Scrum, Nexus and SAFe.
