Agile Austin Coaching - Build a Learning Organization

Build a Learning Organization
Organizations with a continuous learning culture are more productive, resilient, and innovative. Continuous learning helps teams stay current and develop new skills, increasing productivity and job satisfaction. Also, organizations with continuous learners maintain their competitive edge and can adapt to changing market conditions and technologies.
Making time for learning, however, can take some work.
- Where can coaches encourage learning as a habit?
- How can leaders and agile coaches sense and respond and yet continue to challenge the organization (with care) for growth?
- When do teams make time for learning while busy with their current work?
Lakshmi Ramaseshan, Director of Agile Coaching for Paciolan, shares her journey of creating a platform for teams at Paciolan to get introduced to new topics simultaneously, learn and reflect on them together.
Lakshmi considers Agile Coaching her true calling. With more than 20 years in the software industry, her journey started as a developer on an agile team. After this, she quickly realized good product development is all about having the right conversations, building happy teams, and aligning with your customer.
Lakshmi is passionate about growing people, fostering trust among team members, and building high-performance teams. She also believes in giving back to the community and paying it forward to help inspire others on their journey.
Recently Lakshmi's focus has been to bring balance into her life and develop flow in her daily life. As she starts understanding what it takes to apply agility to her life, she grows more empathy and finds new ways of helping teams understand the value of flow and sustainable pace.
