"Digital Transformation" is the latest trend to take hold of the IT world, and is likely here to stay. If its current pace of adoption continues, it will become as regular a topic in our SDLC as UX or mobile. If we, as agile practitioners, can think and talk about digital transformation effectively, then we can use it to help produce better software for our end users, or we risk our competition doing it better than us. This presentation will be a brief introduction to the topic of digital transformation, followed by diving into the ways it'll affect everything from our agile ceremonies to our KPIs.

Speaker Bio:
Zach is originally from Lawrence, KS, and has been developing software since he was 14. He is now the Chief Architect at Keyhole Software, and comes to work every day to make users' lives better. He seeks to find the nexus between business needs, how users want to use software, and what can be feasibly implemented given the constraints of time and cost. His responsibilities include collaborating and being curious, identifying emerging technologies, engaging developers to foster adoption, and building excitement and teaching and learning every single day. He lives in Olathe, KS with his wife and two daughters (8 and 5).
