Topic Title:
Design Your Agile Transformation as You Would a Product
Topic Description:
We’ve created valuable methods for initiating the development of a new product - how about treating an Agile Transformation like a product?
An Agile Transformation can only be viewed as successful if there is an initial shared understanding of what the goals are and how we’ll know if they are met. We’ll discuss the key elements of Lean Inception and Path to Agility and then map those elements to how we should kick off an Agile Transformation. We’ll conclude by considering how this collaborative approach would improve the probability of success. (Spoiler Alert: People are more likely to accept change if they have a hand in shaping it.)
