Title: Strategic Foresight for Agile Leaders: Turn Changing Priorities into Clear Decisions
Description:
Agile teams are good at adapting in the moment—but leaders still get stuck with plans that go stale as priorities shift. Strategic foresight adds an outside-in lens to planning: noticing signals of change early, making meaning together, and updating assumptions before disruption forces a scramble.
In this session, we’ll demystify strategic foresight in plain language and connect it to the realities of strategic and quarterly planning. You’ll leave with practical ways to incorporate signals, drivers, and assumption-checking into the planning and leadership routines you already have—so strategy remains relevant as conditions change.
