Leaders SIG: Enterprise Retros - Scaling Continuous Improvement Across the Org
Details
Topic Description:
Most teams know how to run an effective retrospective. Few organizations know how to make them matter at scale.
Enterprise Retrospectives move beyond the end-of-sprint ritual to address a harder challenge:
How do you surface systemic impediments, align improvement efforts across teams and value streams, and turn organizational learning into measurable change?
In this session, participants will explore a structured approach to retrospectives designed for the complexity of large, multi-team environments including:
- how to aggregate insights without losing signal,
- how to engage leadership as active participants rather than passive recipients, and
- how to prioritize and fund the improvements that matter most.
Attendees will leave with practical facilitation techniques, decision-making frameworks, and a clear model for embedding continuous improvement into the organizational operating rhythm.
