Since February this year I'm inquiring about the Agile organization. This meetup is the 4th inquiry of The Agile Organization Epic.

The subject for this session is the Agile Organization's system. Every group of people form a system together. With their specific set of (unwritten) rules. An organization by definition is a system as well. It's worthwhile to look into this. So many views to take on this subject, as there's the internal organization in departments, roles and responsibilities, the external partnerships with suppliers, customers, government(s), etc. What would the ideal description be for an Agile Organization? What unwritten rules can we write down?

Background

Inspired by the SAFe Agilist training I started my inquiry of The Agile Organization Epic. Would it be possible to define such an Epic? A general Epic to guide organizations to becoming Agile? I like to give it a try! The Appreciative Inquiry philosophy is my basis for inquiry. The value is in the dialogue. Sharing experiences, finding shared views, creating a story with our own words. In an attempt to create The Agile Organization Epic.
