This is an interactive, on-line jam. We'll even use Jamboards.

Zoom details will be sent the day prior to only those who have RSVP'd.

GOAL: The goal of this session is to tap all of our collective minds to uncover the top 5-10 things companies need to be doing TODAY to prepare for an economic recession.

Your facilitators are Michael Vizdos and Catherine Louis.

Agenda:
- Welcome new members!
- Who has jobs that need to be filled?
- Who is looking for a job?
- Some facts and figures regarding the state of the economy and tech:
What is a recession?
What has happened to the economy since Covid?
Are we in a recession?

- Jam details for the breakout rooms:
Timebox 1) In groups of 4-5 we'll brain-write on what we think companies should to do to "recession-proof" themselves. For example, prioritize and focus!

Timebox 2) In those same groups we will cluster (affinity group) and title each group.

Timebox 3) We'll prioritize these recession-proofing groups.

In the main room we'll share what we've collectively learned, one group at a time, comparing results.

Final breakout room jam:
Timebox 4) Taking the top 3 items, how can we help get these "recession-proofing ideas" started at our companies, and what help do you need from others?

Close in the Main room: Asks and offers: what help is requested, and who can help with your ask?
