From 10% Management to 100% Leadership - with Diana Larsen & Leise Passer

We are excited to announce the first physical meetup in a long time.

We are even more excited that Diana Larsen and Leise Passer Jensen are offering a free physical workshop that brings to live the best from their latest books about Leading Without Blame and DamnGood Leadership.

"We both have a quest for everybody to be able to say "I love my work. I have the best job ever. I am a leader as well as a follower", says Leise.

Diana: "From that belief we have designed 3 hours of high energy and interaction for leaders who wish to experience what it's like when success lies in creating a workplace where we all thrive. No matter our role and formal authority."

But wait... this worksshop is not only for people who are formally appointed leaders today - it is for everyone:

Diana: "Whatever your job is today, your job will be a leadership job in the future".

Leise: "And this requires the retirement of traditional power hierarchies. Instead we see network organisations with Self-managing teams popping up all over the world."

Therefore, a new trend will bring us From 10% Management to 100% Leadership:

In traditional power hierarchies, we have one appointed manager (= the 10% management) to oversee a group of 10 persons. At average. But in the future we will see everyone being able to - and expected to - take full responsibility of everything (= the 100% Leadership). Because we're grown up adults, and we can take care of ourselves in life - also in the workplace.

Diana Larsen ,Bio
Diana is an esteemed keynote speaker, and knowt to discover solutions and possibilities where others find only barriers and obstacles. She is a cofounder and mentor at the Agile Fluency Project. She coauthored the books Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great; Liftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams; and Five Rules for Accelerated Learning. Her latest book was published in 2022, Lead without Blame. Leise Passer Jensen, Bio
Leise is a keynote speaker who is on a quest to tear down bureaucratic power hierarchies in complex environments. In addition to employment as an engineering manager in large global and Danish companies, she has for the last 5 years been an independent consultant specialising in self-managing structures at organisational as well as team level.
