We have invited Maarit Laanti, Ph.D. and SAFe Fellow, to speak about her view on how PI Planning practices are evolving and also to share some of the history of PI Planning, which few knows better than Maarit.
Maarit is a veteran in the SAFe community and as one of the first she wrote a Ph.D. about Large-Scale Agile. Maart is also a former colleague from Nokia.
