We’ve invited Vladimir Riecicky for a conversation on the state of Agile.
His new book introduces the Right People (Ripe) Framework – a concrete, field-tested way to shape organizations around real work rather than old divide-and-conquer logic. He shows why traditional structures fall short in complex knowledge environments and offers a work-defined, liquid alternative that adapts as the work shifts.
