In #AgilityLab, we’ve been studying small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) - drawing on research and real cases of working owners and leaders to understand the challenges they face.

Markets shift fast. Staff, competitors, suppliers, and customer expectations change constantly, leaving gaps that are easy to miss.
SMBs face not a single threat, but a swirl of challenges—price, talent, technology, changing demand.

### Join the Movement

We’re starting a movement to make Europe’s SMBs more competitive by better navigating complexity and leveraging AI.

  • Join our short session to explore the concept. Download it, use it. It’s free.
  • If needed, our community can connect you with a facilitator, invite you to a network of other companies, or work with one of your employees.
  • We’re looking for local businesses to host one-day workshops for 20–30 people. Hosting is simple, affordable, and often staffed by someone nearby from our network. All fees go 100% to the facilitators (typically €3-500 per person - negotiated directly with the person who delivers the workshop).
  • What people appreciate most: meeting peers in similar roles, and how practical and down-to-earth this all is.
