Mind the Gap - the Business Agility Journey
Mind the gap. The London Underground (“The Tube”) - reminds thousands of people daily to pay attention to the gap between the train and the platform. Your destination may be top of mind, but one false step, and getting there may be at risk.
This phrase - mind the gap - can also be a brilliant way to look at how we work. At the Business Agility Institute - we talk about “business agility” as an ongoing journey. There are thousands of paths towards business agility, with plenty of potential gaps along the way. Is there a gap in how we interact with customers, engage employees, manage business systems, or deliver value? Is it a minor detour or is our destination at risk?
Join us for a tour of the road signs and travel warnings for business agility today. We’ll share stories and explore our latest research on how organizations are identifying their gaps and taking action to bridge the gap from today to tomorrow.
