Recognised globally for his contributions with many awards to his name, reflecting the goodwill he enjoys across many organisations and sectors, globally. He is also a dedicated Organic farmer, Wellness promoter, Land Rover Defender builder and Philanthropist, founding Adinkrahene.Org, a charity dedicated to adopting orphanages and transforming orphans into future leaders. Nana's approach combines critical thinking with practical, incremental improvements, revolutionising business processes and systems and using Kanban to optimise the flow of value across the organisation. He created H2H (Human2Human) as a concept to help drive Ubuntu (people development).

Colleen Johnson – LinkedIn | Colleen is the CEO of ProKanban.org, an inclusive Kanban learning community. She is also co-founder of ScatterSpoke, an Atlassian Ventures Portfolio company driving actionable improvements through retrospective data. She has presented and taught Agile to audiences around the world. As a coach, she has worked across various industries with clients like Wells Fargo, eTrade, Home Depot, SouthWest Airlines and more. Colleen helps organizations apply a systems thinking approach to aligning agile methodologies end-to-end.
