Under the theme 'Open Source Without Borders: The Global Coordinate of AI × Web3,' the festival brings together leading forces from academia, industry, and the open-source community, establishing a world-class platform for in-depth exchange on AI and Web3.

# Morning Session: NextGen AI Summit Singapore 2025

Generative AI is moving from 'technological breakthroughs' to 'scaled adoption.' Key focus areas include multimodal and video generation, agent workflows, enterprise-grade RAG engineering, trust and compliance governance, and efficient inference and compute optimization. This summit will explore the full-stack journey 'from models to business,' sharing reusable engineering methods and verifiable practices to help teams make the leap from PoC to large-scale deployment.

Topics include: multimodal/video generation, agents & toolchains, RAG engineering, inference efficiency (quantization/distillation/sparsification/compilers), model red-teaming and compliance governance, applications in academia/healthcare/manufacturing/finance, open-source benchmarking and standards practices.

The Web3 track, themed 'Open-Source Intelligence Chain: The Global Coordinate of Web3 × AI,' focuses on RWA, stablecoins, DePIN, cross-chain interoperability, ZK privacy computing, and AI × Web3 convergence. The summit connects regulators, asset owners, infrastructure providers, and developers, engaging global professionals to accelerate applications and capital pathways from 'concept to production.'
