Interested in agentic AI, coding agents, LangGraph, Claude Code, NVIDIA AI, or building real AI applications?
AI Workshop & Conference Crew is a community of developers, engineers, and AI enthusiasts across the Northeast who want to travel together to attend major AI conferences, immersive technical workshops, and professional training events.
This isn't your typical local tech Meetup. We're bringing together people who are willing to hit the road, travel to another city, and invest time in meaningful technical learning experiences.
Our destinations may include North East destination such as New York City, Washington, D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, and other cities hosting worthwhile AI events.
We aim to:
- Discover high-quality, hands-on AI workshops and conferences worth traveling for.
- Connect with others planning to attend the same events.
- Coordinate road trips, train travel, accommodations, and conference meetups.
- Experience conferences together rather than attending alone.
- Share what we learn and build lasting professional connections.
Our emphasis is on events offering substantial technical content, practical instruction, and opportunities to work with emerging AI technologies.
Whether we travel together or meet at the destination, the idea is simple: find great events, get there together, and make the most of the experience.

Join the AI Workshop & Conference Crew as we head to Brooklyn for AI Native DevCon, a technical conference focused on agentic coding and AI-native software development.
The event includes a dedicated hands-on workshop day on November 2, followed by two days of conference sessions, demonstrations, and networking.
We're connecting people across the Northeast who want to attend together, coordinate travel where practical, and share the conference experience.
Conference admission: Approximately $500 for the three-day all-access pass, subject to availability.

Join the AI Workshop & Conference Crew as we travel to Washington, DC, for NVIDIA GTC's full-day, instructor-led technical workshops.
We're especially interested in Developing Secure AI Agents With LLMs, an eight-hour workshop focused on building secure, reliable multi-agent systems using NVIDIA and open-source technologies.
This isn't a local afternoon Meetup. We're organizing a trip to a professionally delivered technical training event, where participants can spend the day developing practical AI engineering skills.
Let's connect with others traveling to the event, coordinate transportation where practical, meet at the venue, and experience the workshop together.
Workshop admission is $395 and must be purchased independently through NVIDIA.

Topics include agentic workflows, coding agents, AI evaluation, persistent memory, GraphRAG, and building reliable production AI systems.
Our goal is to travel to the conference together, meet fellow AI builders from across the Northeast, attend technical workshops and sessions, and share the experience.
This Meetup is for people who enjoy going beyond local networking gatherings to attend substantial, professionally organized technical conferences.
