We’re bringing together three companies currently moving the needle with AI, AWS, Utility Warehouse and our hosts Octopus Legacy. Expect deep dives into building LLMs, rethinking product workflows with AI agents, and how teams are using GenAI to transform everything.

This session will delve into the practicalities of building an LLM application within a traditional industry. We’ll cover the entire journey from POC to production, including cost estimation, business impact assessment, and lessons learned from using different LLM providers. A key focus will be on the human element: overcoming the challenges of user adoption and integration.
