- Welcome and introductions (5 minutes)
- Icebreaker / warm-up activity (10 minutes)
- Hot seat sessions (total 90 minutes; 3 case owners, 30 min each)
- Feedback to the whole session (10 minutes)
- Each member (including those who were not case owners this time) gives feedback and sets SMART goals, and identifies action items for the next meeting.
- Closing (5 minutes)
