AI for Small Business – Boulder & Denver

Artificial intelligence is moving quickly, and a lot of small business owners are trying to figure out what it actually means for their day-to-day work. So we're building a community to figure it out together.

This group is for entrepreneurs, founders, and small business operators in the Boulder and Denver area who want to learn how AI can be used in a practical way inside a real business.

We focus on real world solutions: how people are actually using these tools to save time, improve marketing, streamline operations, and get better visibility into what’s happening in their companies.

Meetups will usually include a short presentation, a live walkthrough of tools or workflows, and time to talk with other local business owners who are experimenting with AI in their own companies.

Topics may include things like:

• Using AI for marketing and lead generation
• Automating repetitive tasks and internal workflows
• AI tools for sales, CRM, and customer communication
• Content creation and SEO
• Organizing business knowledge and documentation
• What’s actually worth using and what’s just noise

Many of the examples will come from Hoopless Marketing, a Boulder-based agency that uses AI extensively in its own marketing and operational systems.

You don’t need to be technical or know how to code. Most people here are just figuring it out as they go.
