About us
You didn't start your business to spend your days buried in admin. But somewhere along the way the emails, the scheduling, the follow-ups, and the endless busywork of running the business crowded out the actual work you love. The craft, the service, the reason you started in the first place.
This group is about getting that time back.
We meet online on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 2:00pm Central for a free, practical 45-minute session on using AI to take the repetitive, draining tasks off your plate. No jargon, no hype, no someday theory. Just real, doable things you can put to work the same week.
There are four sessions and they rotate, so there's a different topic each time:
- Quick Wins, on the five kinds of tasks you should stop doing by hand.
- Your Best Client, on getting specific about who you're actually marketing to.
- Sales and Marketing on Autopilot, on keeping sales moving even when you're heads-down delivering.
- Out of Your Head, on getting a process out of your brain and into something AI or a future helper can follow.
Nothing builds on anything else, so there's no order and nothing to catch up on. Come to one, come to all four, or jump in wherever looks useful. Each topic comes back around about every eight weeks.

- People who feel like they're working in their business instead of on it
- Owners who are curious about AI but don't know where to start
