The R&D loop hasn't fundamentally changed in a century. Most lab equipment sits idle overnight. Discovery to market still takes a decade.
That's breaking. LLMs capable of scientific reasoning, Bayesian experimental design, and robotic lab platforms are converging into autonomous laboratories, systems that run themselves, steer toward optima, and generate data while you sleep.
This talk covers dark labs (lights-off, robot-only execution), physical AI (embodied intelligence under real-world uncertainty), and the 1000× acceleration logic: 10× from AI hypothesis triage, 10× from Bayesian design, 10× from robotic throughput.
Using A1 Stealth Labs as a live case study, we will run through what the stack looks like, what clients buy, and how a broad-spectrum IP strategy builds a durable moat.
