About us
The AI Implementation Exchange is a community for people who are interested in making AI work in practice.
While there are plenty of events about AI tools, trends and predictions, far fewer opportunities exist for professionals to have honest conversations about implementation: what is working, what is proving difficult, and what organisations are learning as AI becomes part of everyday work.
This group brings together practitioners from across industry, government, consulting and the NFP sector to exchange practical insights, build relationships and learn from one another's experiences.
What to expect? Each event combines:
- Short practitioner-led discussions and/or panels
- Structured networking designed to connect people facing similar challenges
- Opportunities to share questions, ideas and experiences
Topics may include:
- AI capability building
- Organisational adoption and change
- Governance and responsible AI
- Identifying and scaling valuable use cases
- Automation and workflow transformation
- Measuring impact and value
- Lessons learned from successes and (perhaps even more importantly) failures
Who should join?
This community is designed for people who are interested in how organisations adopt and use AI effectively, including:
- Analytics and insights professionals
- AI and data practitioners
- Product and program managers
- Transformation and change professionals
- Learning and capability leaders
- Evaluators and researchers
- Governance, risk and compliance specialists
- Innovation and strategy professionals
- Team leaders exploring practical applications of AI
Our philosophy
The goal isn't to be the biggest AI community in Melbourne. The goal is to create a high-quality space where peers in this space can connect and learn from each another.
Whether you're experimenting with AI for the first time, scaling adoption across a team, or navigating the governance and capability challenges of enterprise implementation, you'll find people here facing similar questions.
Come for the conversation. Leave with new ideas, practical insights and valuable connections.
