We invite you to the first AI Inclusive meetup!

Together, we are building a community to make artificial intelligence (AI) more inclusive to everyone. Our mission is to increase the representation and participation of gender minority groups in AI. We open the doors to Artificial Intelligence through education and mentorship.

At this meetup, we will hear from Stacey Ronaghan, a data scientist at IBM, and B Cavello, a research program lead at the Partnership on AI, about the ways in which AI is being used today, the pressing need for inclusivity in the design and development, and some of the tools and approaches for responsible AI development.
Whether you are interested in moving your career into the AI space or you work in AI and want to impact diversity and inclusion, all are welcome to come learn and meet the community.

Previously, B served as Senior Engagement Lead for IBM's AI division, the Watson Group, where they led strategic conversations with world leaders about implementing Artificial Intelligence in the real world. In June of 2017, B was recognized as an IBM LGBT+ 'Out Role Model' for championing diversity and inclusion in and beyond IBM.
