AI Leaders Romania - AI Strategy Meetups & Workshops

AI Leaders Romania is where the country's business leaders and AI practitioners actually talk to each other: the people making AI decisions inside companies, and the people shipping real AI projects.

We meet in person in Bucharest on the first Thursday of every month at Let’s Talk AI: Flair, Cocktails & AI Chats!, an informal evening with drinks, no slides, no panels, no pitches. The meetup is free, forever.

What to expect at a meetup

• A relaxed venue and hours of open conversation
• The AI Leaders Romania team in the room: production AI architects, builders of agentic systems, an EU AI Act policy insider, AI governance and responsible AI leads, enterprise adoption specialists. Come ask anything.
• Small enough that you can actually talk to everyone
• No "let me tell you about my company" moments

Who should come
If you make or influence AI decisions (founder, executive, director, product manager, team lead), you'll get the most out of it if you're asking things like: where do we start with AI? How do we move from a pilot to production? What does the EU AI Act mean for our business? What are other Romanian companies actually doing? No technical background needed.

If you build AI for a living (AI founders, ML/AI engineers, applied researchers, consultants shipping to production), you'll find peers doing serious work and the leaders adopting what you build. Practitioners with real projects, not theorists, not influencers.

How we keep it honest
AI Leaders Romania is a business, and we'd rather tell you that ourselves. This meetup is free and stays free. We earn from AI consulting and applied workshops for companies, found on our website on their own merits. Nobody pitches you at the meetup: no stage selling, no sponsor talks, no cornering people by the bar.
