Virtual sessions allow members to learn practical AI + marketing strategies, ask questions, share ideas, and connect with other professionals in a flexible and accessible way.
From time to time, we may also host optional in-person meetups, workshops, or networking events for members who are local to the Los Angeles and Pasadena area, but the core of this community is online and designed for a nationwide audience.

A little about me: I've spent 15+ years doing marketing analytics work for brands like Disney, Land Rover, Lexus, Microsoft, and Warner Bros. I started this group because I wanted to bring that same thinking, real data, real strategy, to marketers and small business owners who don't have a large team or budget behind them.

AI for business operations: Save time, make decisions, and streamline work
·OnlineOnlineIn this Meetup, we’ll talk about how to use AI for the work behind the work. The planning. The organizing. The messy notes. The customer questions. The follow-ups. The decisions you keep putting off because everything is scattered in five different places.
We’ll walk through examples like:
Turning messy notes into a clear plan
For example, taking notes from a client call, team meeting, or brainstorming session and turning them into next steps, priorities, follow-up emails, and a simple action list.Creating a simple business process
For example, documenting how you onboard a new client, respond to an inquiry, prep for a consultation, or follow up after a sale.Finding patterns in customer feedback
For example, taking reviews, survey responses, emails, comments, or customer questions and using AI to spot common themes, complaints, objections, and opportunities.Making better business decisions
For example, using AI to compare two service offers, think through pricing options, decide what to stop doing, or evaluate whether a new idea is worth your time.Creating checklists and templates
For example, building a repeatable checklist for discovery calls, project kickoff, client onboarding, monthly reporting, event planning, or customer follow-up.Improving sales and customer service
For example, creating better intake questions, follow-up messages, FAQ responses, client welcome emails, and scripts for common customer situations.Summarizing reports and data
For example, taking a spreadsheet, performance report, or list of results and turning it into plain-English insights you can actually use.I regularly write about practical ways to use AI for business, marketing, workflows, and everyday operations.
