First one of these. We're meeting in a study room at the Sam Gary library so we've got space to spread out and actually work.
The idea: bring something annoying about running your business and we'll try to fix it using Claude Code. Scheduling, customer follow-ups, the spreadsheet you keep meaning to clean up, the report you build by hand every Monday.
Whatever's bugging you. By the time we leave, you should either have something that works or a clear idea of how to build it.
Don't have a specific problem in mind? Come anyway. We'll talk through what you do and find something.
Bring a laptop if you've got one. You don't need to know anything technical — if you can explain your problem, that's enough.
