"AI + The Future of Work" - co-founded by Grace Han and Charles Brown - is a monthly series of interactive events — workshops, roundtables, and hands-on sessions for anyone who's ever been expected to "figure out AI" at work, whatever their discipline.
For too long, decisions about AI have been driven by whoever's closest to the technology. But building AI capability that actually works takes more than technical know-how; it takes design thinking, product judgement, strategic context, and a real understanding of how work gets done. Strategy, design, product, engineering, data: every discipline has something to bring, and something to gain.
Everyone in the room has something to contribute and something to learn, regardless of discipline. This is where Manchester's AI community is taking shape — built together, across disciplines, not handed down from one to another.

No pitches, no polish. Just AI success stories, shared big and small.
The main event runs from 5 to 8pm, feel free to arrive early to participate in the other event sessions.
