About us
Aiki Leadership Lab is a living, open research lab exploring how we can flow through life with less struggle and more connection.
We meet through free online Zoom sessions and, on rare occasions, paid in-person gatherings. Each gathering creates a shared experience while giving every participant space to make their own personal discoveries.
We explore real situations from work, relationships and everyday life together. What happens when we face pressure, resistance, disagreement or uncertainty? How can we respond without simply fighting, withdrawing or becoming stuck?
The Lab is inspired by principles of Aiki, such as connection, balance, adaptability and working with rather than against resistance. No experience of Aikido or martial arts is needed.
This is a participatory community, not a lecture series. At our meetups we use facilitated conversation, shared experiences, role-play, observation, reflection and practical experiments. Participants interact directly with one another, explore different responses to real-life situations and share what they discover.
Members are encouraged to bring their own questions and experiences to the Lab. We learn not only from the facilitator, but especially from each other.
There is no single "right" answer. We experiment, observe and learn together.
Our central question is simple:
How can we flow through life with less struggle and more connection?
