Aikido of Flagstaff

This is an opportunity to sit Zazen, every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 7:00 to 8:00 at Aikido of Flagstaff, 120 South Beaver Street.

The first 10 minutes will be Zazen instruction, followed by a by a 30-40 minute sit. Please bring your own sitting cushions, seiza bench or whatever will allow you to sit upright comfortably. A small number of folding chairs will be available, or bring your own. Please avoid bringing strong aromas with you and expect to stay until the end of the session. There is no fee, and donations are appreciated.
